Spearheaded the onboarding of Disney Publishing Worldwide and Disney+ into the Walt Disney Family of Business welcome journey. Designed and executed a comprehensive email campaign to educate guests about the diverse range of businesses, enhance brand understanding, and drive long-term engagement through increased opt-ins.

Lucasfilm Star Wars Birthday Email

Led the entire process for Lucasfilm's birthday email campaign, from initial communications with the business unit to design and production. This celebratory email, which incorporated an interactive poll to gauge fan sentiment, aimed to foster customer loyalty and enhance their overall Star Wars experience.

This campaign outperforms the average Lucasfilm Line of Business email by 196%, driving a 221% increase in click-through rates.

Email Design

Below are selected CRM creatives from the 300+ email campaigns I spearheaded for Disney's major business units: 20th Century Studios, Disney Princess, and Disney Consumer Products.

These campaigns, which included creative A/B testing, legal compliance, customer journey mapping, curated content placement, and interactive elements, collectively achieved over 20 million opens.

By leading the design of a handful of these campaigns, I honed my design skills and gained valuable experience in crafting effective email marketing strategies.
